As the Head of Account Management across Europe, you will be responsible for leading the Account Management team to consistently over achieve their financial targets within assigned accounts. You will be accountable for retention across all European clients overseeing the management and growth of key accounts, ensuring relationships are maintained at an optimum level and making sure upsell opportunities are being realised. In addition, you will be responsible for developing team member skills and talents and mentoring, engaging in weekly one to ones and acting in a leadership capacity on an ongoing basis.

TagMan is looking for a PHP Developer with hands on experience of Object Oriented PHP in and Zend (or other MVC) Framework to play a key role in an exciting area of e-commerce technology. A broad range of development and design skills is required (listed below) with the aptitude to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic and demanding environment.
You will join TagMan’s team as the primary technical resource for the field sales force. Your primary responsibilities are to provide technical and business consultancy to the direct enterprise customers and solutions partners in the EMEA Region. The Support Engineer is a member of a technical team within the TagMan Product Support division. The focus is to analyse and resolve customer issues, interfacing closely with our Implementation and Account Management teams. The role will be both hands-on and strategic, requiring the ability to recruit through direct means in addition to demonstrating expertise in the areas of employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, conflict management, and organisational development etc. You will also be responsible for managing key initiatives such as performance strategy, cultural development and supporting the full talent recruitment function. The role is very much a hybrid position between Recruitment and Human Resources. The Senior Support Engineer is a member of a technical team within the TagMan Support Engineering division. The ideal candidate for this role has a strong technical background combined with the ability to interface at all levels with key clients. As a key member of the Support team, you will work closely with other TagMan departments to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for our most important clients. The objective of this position is to deliver quality technical solutions in a timely manner by analysing issues, researching new issues, prescribing solutions and predicting and preventing new challenges. There is also scope to manage and mentor or team members and drive our Product Support strategy and processes.
